Collect District sells exclusive sneakers and related products. All products are checked for quality and authenticity before shipping. Minor variations or production characteristics are not considered defects.
Orders are processed after full payment has been received. Orders may be refused or cancelled in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
Delivery is made to the provided address. Delivery times are indicative. Risk transfers upon delivery.
Returns are possible within 14 days. Products must be unused and complete. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty applies only to new products. Used products are excluded.
Collect District is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the order value.
Fraud or unjustified chargebacks may lead to order cancellation, account suspension and legal action.
In case of complaints, the customer must first contact customer support and allow a reasonable time for resolution.
Collect District may provide evidence such as tracking and verification data.
Chargebacks without prior contact may be considered misuse and may lead to further action.
Collect District is not liable in case of force majeure.
Dutch law applies.
