The Nike Air Max 90 Tokyo Neon is a sporty shoe with soft Air Max cushioning. Its look takes inspiration from the bright lights of Tokyo at night.

The upper uses black fabric and leather. The fabric covers the toe area and ankle, while the leather adds support around the sides, toe, and lower edge. Bright yellow details appear on part of the lace area. Pink Nike Swooshes sit on both sides. The heel logo comes in a strong red tone, and the tongue patch uses a vivid green shade. Each side also has Air Max branding in a yellow cutout above the arch. The midsole uses red, with visible Air Max units set inside a green section. The outsole is black.
