The New Balance 990v4 MiUSA Joe Freshgoods 1998 Intro is a special collab with a clean streetwear look. It takes ideas from a classic film and a famous magazine cover, giving the shoe a bold and retro feel.

The upper uses black mesh with soft sandy suede overlays. A black leather “N” logo sits on the side. The heel tab shows “1998” and “Made in the USA” details, while New Balance branding is also placed on the heel. Inside, one insole has Joe Freshgoods branding and the other has New Balance branding. The tongue tags also show both names.

What makes this pair stand out is the ENCAP midsole. It combines soft foam with a strong outer rim to help give comfort and support. The outsole uses black and gray rubber with deep grooves and a waffle-style pattern for good grip.
