The ASICS Gel-NYC Midnight Midnight gives the Gel-NYC a dark, clean look with deep navy tones and silver details that stand out.

It takes ideas from old ASICS running shoes, like the Gel-Nimbus 3, and turns them into a casual shoe for everyday wear. The shape looks like a performance runner, with a thick foam sole, clear gel parts, and extra padding around the collar, tongue, and sides. The upper uses airy mesh to help keep feet cool, while the top layers use synthetic leather and soft suede for a smooth finish.

Most of the shoe is covered in Midnight blue, with a few parts and the ASICS side stripes done in metallic silver. Branding stays low-key, with small logos on the tongue and side.

The slightly off-white midsole adds a worn-in feel and gives the shoe a vintage touch.
